  1. I am so glad they showed the fourth person in the furnace. Do you think that was Jesus? Do you think it was a separate angel of he Lord sent by God?

    1. I think that it was a vision of Jesus and what is to come for God's people that was sent by God...? maybe?

  2. That was totally not the way I pictured the angel speaking to Mary and Joseph, but it was kinda cool. Now, here comes The Lord!

    1. yes, I am not sure yet how I feel about the angel of the Lord. He has kind of scared me so far haha; I just didn't picture him like that. I also didn't hear him tell Mary or Joseph that they are to call him Jesus. It was interesting seeing how he spoke to Mary while there was turmoil going on around her and through the child when he was talking to Joseph.

  3. I think the depiction of the angels different, but neat. We always picture them in white with wings. Here they are like warriors, strong. I think watching these episodes make things seem so real. It was hard to watch Herod kill those babies. I sat and cried and thought about my 3yr old son sleeping upstairs. So in sitting here, my question goes to do you think Jesus knew early on, even as a child, what his life would be like and how it would end. You see in the episode him looking at the man that had been crucified. Did he know it would be him some day?
